Lindsey Jones
Co-Founder & CEO
Lindsey M. Jones brings a strategic, people-centered, and action-oriented approach to Pivot Advisors—shaped by nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, operational complexity, and change.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has worked inside organizations during the moments when leadership matters most: rapid growth, organizational restructuring, leadership transitions, mergers and acquisitions, and the evolution from entrepreneurial businesses into more sophisticated organizations. Having served in senior executive roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, she understands firsthand the pressure business owners and leaders face when the company they built begins to outgrow the systems, structures, and strategies that got them there.
Her experience spans operations, organizational strategy, human resources, technology, leadership development, and business transformation. Lindsey has led teams and functions through significant periods of growth while building the infrastructure, accountability, and leadership practices needed to support what comes next.
Lindsey’s perspective is grounded not only in advising businesses, but in building, operating, and transforming them from the inside.
